Job summary

Flexcar is hiring a Customer Service Associate/Member Concierge at our Chestnut Hill Mall storefront. You will greet in-person customers, assist with vehicle pickups/returns, answer questions, and introduce visitors to the Flexcar brand to ensure a smooth, welcoming visit.

The role requires 3–5 years in a customer-facing role, 21+ with a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing role in customer service or retail, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Flexcar product expert for visitors, clearly communicating how Flexcar works.
• Welcome and educate walk-in visitors about Flexcar’s offerings and value proposition.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and support local store success.
• Resolve vehicle-related issues with empathy and clear communication, coordinating with care and hub teams.
• Assist members with ordering, pickup, and return of vehicles while ensuring quality standards.
