Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service for pickup, delivery, and return.
• Resolve member concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on vehicles prior to delivery.
• Use Flexcar systems to manage interactions and track orders.
• Collaborate with care, security, and internal teams.
• Meet CSAT and churn metrics; follow up at 7, 30, 60, 90 days.
