• One year of Contact Center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process member requests by telephone, chat, fax or online banking independently.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services at every opportunity.
• Balance daily transactions. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations.
• Assist other team members to promote center activities and job knowledge.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and follow all Credit Union policies.
