Job summary

Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a part-time teller in Knoxville, TN to greet members, process transactions, and deliver friendly service. The role supports daily branch operations with a Monday–Friday schedule 2:00pm–7:15pm and two Saturdays per quarter, on-site in our Knoxville location.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn banking policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide prompt, accurate teller service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments within established limits.
• Maintain cash drawer with minimal discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations.
• Assist with online banking and mobile app enrollment.
