Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a part-time Teller to join our Northshore branch in Knoxville, TN. You will greet members, process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

Training, PTO accrual, and competitive pay are offered as part of a supportive team environment. The role emphasizes friendly service, knowledge of accounts and online tools, and adherence to federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling and service experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to process teller transactions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome members in a professional manner.
• Process all teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Maintain cash drawer with minimal discrepancies.
• Provide information on accounts and services to members.
• Answer member questions and resolve issues.
• Open and close sub-accounts; issue money orders and checks.
• Promote Credit Union products based on member needs.
• Educate members on online banking and mobile apps.
• Follow Credit Union policies and service standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and work as part of the team.
