Job summary

Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a full-time Teller for our branch network. You will greet members, process deposits and loan payments, and maintain accurate cash handling while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members in a professional manner and provide prompt, accurate teller service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other teller transactions within policy.
• Maintain cash drawer with minimal discrepancies and stay current on laws and regulations.
• Assist members with online banking, mobile apps, and remote deposit.
• Open/close branch operations as needed and participate in vault duties.
• Provide exceptional service to meet members' needs and support branch goals.
