Job summary

Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a service-minded individual for a on-site Card Services position in Knoxville, TN. You will assist members with ATM/debit/credit card issues and work with FiServ systems to resolve disputes while maintaining strong member relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; financial industry experience preferred.
• Experience with card services and member interactions is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies and security rules.

Responsibilities

• Handle ATM/Debit/Credit Card issues and disputes for members.
• Coordinate with FiServ EFT and related services to resolve problems.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to members.
• Maintain positive member relations and respond to needs promptly.
• Ensure all card services follow established policies and security procedures.
