Job summary

24 Hour Fitness seeks a Sales and Service Manager to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to members and guests. You will hire and develop a high-performing team, drive member acquisition and retention, and ensure achievement of sales and revenue goals.

Lead the Sales and Service team, coordinate local marketing activities, and collaborate with the GM to provide a best-in-class member experience. Strong leadership with a focus on coaching and performance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current CPR/AED from an approved organization.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Lead team to offer tailored product and service offerings.
• Coach and provide ongoing development for staff.
• Ensure exceptional member service in a member-centric environment.
• Achieve department targets including new member sales and revenue.
