Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager (SSM) to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience for guests and members. You will hire, train, and develop the Sales and Service team, drive new member sales, and ensure a best-in-class member experience in a club setting.

You will lead by example, maintain a clean, friendly club environment, and collaborate with the GM to meet department targets across membership, fitness revenue, and retail offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• CPR and AED from an approved organization.
• 1–2 years of service sales experience preferred.
• Fitness industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops Sales and Service team members.
• Leads team to offer tailored product/service offerings to members.
• Manages staff performance, engagement, and scheduling within budget.
• Drives new member sales, fitness revenue, retail and retention targets.
• Partner with GM to deliver a best-in-class member experience.
• Engage members with fitness offerings and resolve inquiries professionally.
