Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead a club’s sales and service teams, drive member acquisition and retention, and ensure a premier guest experience. You will hire, train, and coach staff, align performance with business targets, and collaborate with the GM to deliver a high-impact, member-centric operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• CPR and AED certification from a recognized organization.
• 1-2 years of service sales experience preferred.
• Fitness industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops Sales and Service team members.
• Leads team to offer tailored product and service offerings and build member relationships.
• Oversees training to ensure exceptional member service in a member-centric environment.
• Manages department targets for new member sales, fitness revenue, retail, and member retention.
