Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with proven service/sales results.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft apps and remote signing capability.
• Excellent follow up and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Team player with empathy and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient member service via phone, email, and other channels.
• Identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions.
• Recommend additional products/services based on member conversations.
• Open new member accounts and perform routine maintenance.
• Handle changes to accounts, beneficiaries, and trusted signers.
• Protect member information and comply with training standards.
• Support continuous improvement and represent the Credit Union positively.
