You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and online banking support while upholding our values and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel), remote signing and ability to work and operate a webcam

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, facsimile, and other channels.
• Handle basic member service transactions with accuracy.
• Consult with members, identify needs, and follow up on transactions.
• Promote other products and services as appropriate from member conversations.
• Open new member accounts and manage account maintenance tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and represent the credit union positively.
