Nuvision Federal Credit Union in Nevada is seeking a Member Contact Center Representative I to deliver exceptional member service across phone, email, web, and mail channels. You will process deposits and withdrawals, review accounts, support online banking, and help cross-sell products while upholding core values.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork, with training provided and opportunities to grow within the credit union.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel), remote signing and ability to work and operate a webcam
• Excellent follow up
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and anticipate member needs
• Excellent Written skills (Email) – Grammar and Spelling
• Member service and organizational skills
• Work well with other departments – Team player
• Genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter and have an empathetic and caring nature
• Willingness to make a difference
• Personable and professional

Aufgaben

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, facsimile, as applicable.
• Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on pending transactions.
• Recommend other products and services from conversations that matter with members.
• Open new Member Accounts and manage various account types.
• Perform account maintenance including address/name changes and beneficiary updates.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior or suspected fraud activity.
• Complete required training and compliance modules.
• Treat co-workers and members with respect.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Represent the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
