Keesler Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Ocean Springs, MS. This role supports daily branch operations, sales, lending, and member services while guiding staff under the Branch Manager.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, a solid lending background, and a track record of meeting service goals within a credit union or bank setting. Competitive benefits and community focus are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of lending experience.
• Banking or credit union experience required as a lender or teller.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience meeting or exceeding loan production, deposit growth, and member/customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in daily operations and sales activities.
• Lead branch staff and ensure regulatory compliance and audit controls.
• Perform branch servicing duties including teller and lending functions.
• Develop community relationships and SEG opportunities within the community.
• Maintain cash handling, vault security, and branch cash controls.
• Support branch audits and risk management processes.
