Keesler Federal Credit Union in Diamondhead, MS, seeks a Teller Service Representative I to perform teller duties under supervision, posting transactions, balancing cash, and supporting sales and service initiatives.

You will use CRM to track member concerns, follow policies, and maintain confidentiality while delivering accurate service in a fast-paced branch environment. Strong math and cash handling skills are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify member needs and refer cross sales or distribute marketing materials.
• Accept deposits and payments, process withdrawals, and balance cash.
• Reconcile checks and provide account information within authority limits.
• Maintain cash drawer control and balance ATMs as directed.
• Protect member information and adhere to BSA/OFAC compliance.
