Job summary

APGFCU in Maryland seeks a dedicated professional to promote credit union offerings, grow loan volume, and cross-sell to both new and existing members. You will uncover member needs and support indirect lending goals while ensuring high-quality service.

Under the guidance of the Member Service Center Manager, you’ll assist with opening accounts, processing transactions, and advising on services to meet member goals. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to High School education with 2 years college training.
• 2–3 years experience in financial products and services including loan decisions.
• Strong knowledge of consumer credit laws and banking products.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous member service, analyze needs, and cross-sell services.
• Open new accounts and handle deposits, withdrawals, and loans.
• Maintain loan records and support the indirect lending program.
• Meet branch goals for shares, loans, and referrals.
• Handle policy adherence and regulatory requirements.
