Responsibilities

• Provide account information to members and assist with billing questions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and generate reports as needed.
• Enter and update New Membership information and billing transactions.
• Verify and organize paperwork, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team to enhance workflow efficiency and perform other duties as assigned.
