Job summary

East Bank Club in Chicago, IL seeks a Spa Receptionist to foster hospitality, support the Spa Manager, and ensure warm, professional interactions on every visit. You will handle bookings, retail sales, and daily operations while upholding a luxe guest experience.

This is a full-time role with early mornings and weekend flexibility, at $20/hour plus 5% commission. Join a team that values integrity, customer service excellence, and collaboration with spa staff to deliver outstanding member

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, upscale hospitality preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to work weekends and be flexible with schedules.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to sell spa/salon retail products.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to all clients with hospitality and integrity.
• Treat members, guests and employees with fairness and consistency.
• Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled and support the Spa Manager/Director.
• Maintain bookings and admin tasks, including cash handling and inventory.
• Promote and sell spa/salon retail products and maintain front desk organization.
• Ensure positive client experience at all contact points and clean workspace.
