Job summary

East Bank Club seeks a friendly Locker Room Receptionist to be the welcoming first contact for members and guests in the Women’s Locker Room. The role emphasizes professional service, administrative tasks, and seamless operations to enhance the member experience.

The position is part-time with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include managing locker assignments, scheduling, transactions, and cross-department communication while upholding East Bank Club standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, spa, private club, fitness club, or related environment preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, courteous interactions.
• Anticipate member needs and provide accurate information regarding club services, amenities, programs, and policies.
• Build positive relationships with members through consistent engagement and excellent service.
• Handle member concerns, requests, and inquiries professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding member information at all times.
