Job summary

Americas Mailbox Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Member Accounts Specialist to manage day-to-day member accounts and deliver exceptional customer service. You will handle new memberships, renewals, and account updates in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel), and the ability to work collaboratively with the Accounts Manager and team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes new members and creates member accounts; reviews applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Processes renewals, upgrades/downgrades, and account closures; applies payments.
• Maintains account activity spreadsheets and prepares monthly reports for Accounts Manager.
