USA Boxing, Inc. is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide excellent customer service to our members via phone and email. You will handle member inquiries, perform database tasks, and support membership administration in a small, busy office.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma.
• Some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone calls and emails related to member services.
• Perform tasks in our member services database.
• Learn all aspects of membership with USA Boxing.
• Assist with other projects as workload permits.
