Job summary

Opensity Solutions is a Denver-based provider of hospitality and workplace services seeking a Service Specialist to deliver a white-glove experience for employees, clients and visitors. You will coordinate meetings, conferences, catering and space management to ensure seamless events and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hospitality or events, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, catering, event planning, or a customer service-focused environment.
• Experience supporting conference services, workplace hospitality, meetings, or events is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills with a hospitality-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and events, manage multiple conference rooms and spaces, and confirm logistics with hosts.
• Deliver a white-glove hospitality experience for employees, clients and visitors.
• Oversee catering orders, room setup, and ensure presentation-ready spaces throughout the day.
• Manage conference room reservations and monitor utilization; support scheduling.
• Prepare daily meeting setup reports and weekly event schedules; communicate updates to the workplace team.
