Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to join our field sales team. You will hunt in outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, build relationships with physicians and clinic staff, and drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

No book of business is inherited—you build one. Success comes from disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with CRM data.
• Execute in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget.
