Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to join a dynamic medical device sales team in the United States. This entry-point role focuses on outpatient urology clinics, building a territory, and developing prescribing relationships with physicians and clinic staff.

You will be a true hunter with training provided to master clinical messaging and a clear path to Territory Manager as you grow your career through disciplined prospecting and high activity in the field.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage the territory like a business.
