Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company in New Jersey is seeking a motivated sales professional to support regional and national accounts, focusing on laboratory, nursing and physician engagement to advance the BD Way of Selling.

You will complete product training, provide customers with data insights and clinical education, and help grow the Specimen Management portfolio while coordinating with field teams and RBM to optimize calls and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years outside sales experience or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and relocate if needed.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Support regional and national sales teams gaining exposure to US healthcare.
• Provide customers product information, data insights, and clinical education.
• Inform customers of pricing, backorders, and company policies; participate in in-service trainings.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships and coordinate with RBM on calls and travel.
• Develop knowledge of related products and communicate changes to field teams.
