Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales in hospital and clinical settings across Critical Care, delivering clinical excellence and strong product knowledge. The role requires building relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to meet revenue targets.

You will manage demonstrations, in-services, and training for teams while traveling within your territory.

Qualifications

• BS/BS with 5+ years of sales experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue to exceed established targets.
• Develop sustainable new business opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships in key accounts.
• Perform product demonstrations and in-service as required.
• Develop and maintain annual revenue plans.
• Deliver sales training to inside and field teams as needed.
• Attend and represent BD at medical conferences.
• Maintain accurate customer and account files and reports.
• Ensure compliance with BD Quality Policy and procedures.
• Travel within the territory to engage customers.
