Job summary

Davol, Inc. is seeking a Mid America / Louisville Territory Manager to drive sales growth and market share across the territory.

You will build strong customer relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, hospital admins, and purchasing personnel while achieving sales targets. You will conduct product demonstrations, educate healthcare professionals on clinical applications, and identify new business opportunities to expand product utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences).
• Minimum 3–5 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably in surgical or hospital sales.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market and sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quotas within the territory.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, hospital admins, and purchasing staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations on Davol products' features and clinical applications.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand product utilization in existing accounts.
• Provide comprehensive clinical and technical support before, during, and after product use.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to spot opportunities.
