Job summary

BD is seeking a Mid America / Louisville Territory Manager to drive sales for Davol, Inc.'s portfolio. You will build strong relationships with surgeons, physicians and hospital teams, conduct product demos, and execute plans to exceed quotas within the territory.

You will collaborate with marketing and clinical staff, manage resources and CRM activity, and travel extensively to support customers across the region, ensuring compliant, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences.
• 3–5 years medical device sales experience, hospital or surgical sales preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market and sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas in the Mid America / Louisville territory.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate on features, benefits and clinical applications.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand product utilization in accounts.
• Provide clinical and technical support before, during and after product use.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities.
• Manage territory resources including budget, samples and sales tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service and clinical affairs to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
