Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives within the Mid America / Louisville territory.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, physicians, nurses, hospital administrators, and purchasing personnel.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and clinical applications of Davol products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand product utilization within existing accounts.
• Provide comprehensive clinical and technical support to customers before, during, and after product use.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Effectively manage territory resources, including budget, samples, and sales tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and clinical affairs to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings as required.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
