Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to launch a career in medical device sales. You will call on outpatient clinics, educate clinicians, and drive prescription growth while building your own territory from scratch.

You do not inherit a book of business and will develop a pipeline through prospecting, high activity, and strategic outreach. This role offers strong earning potential and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driverS license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement.
• Track record of winning in a metrics-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
