IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, invites applications for an Associate Territory Representative. This entry-point medical device sales role covers outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, requiring a hunter mindset and disciplined prospecting.

You will build your own territory, educate clinicians, and drive prescription volume to achieve revenue targets. You will not inherit a book of business—you will build one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with a proven quota track record.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within territory.
• Hunter mentality and coachable with strong self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics within assigned geography.
• Educate clinicians and staff on product benefits and clinical value.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Build territory pipeline and maintain CRM activity data.
• Lead in-clinic education, product demos, and follow-up with staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
