Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to launch a medical device sales career in New Jersey. You will call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, educate clinicians, and drive prescriptions for intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

This pure hunter role has no inherited book of business; success comes from disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and building a territory from the ground up, with a clear path to Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement.
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach and long sales cycles.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence to earn credibility with clinicians.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage expenses.
