Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Representative to start a career in medical device sales. This field-based hunter role targets outpatient urology clinics, building relationships with physicians and staff to drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.

You will build your own territory, with no inherited book, and succeed through high call volumes, disciplined prospecting, and strong clinical messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Proven track record in metrics-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate clinicians and staff on clinical and product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline in the CRM.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget and expenses.
