Requires a BA/BS and 3–5 years of sales success; RN/BSN preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and time‑management skills; proficient in MS Excel and Bard’s sales information systems; valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of sales experience with demonstrated sales success.
• RN/BSN preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communications skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Bard’s sales information systems.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales revenue to exceed targets and expand key accounts.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for revenue targets.
• Perform product demonstrations and in‑services as required.
• Maintain compliance with quality and ethics policies.
• Travel within the territory 65–70% and represent BD at conferences.
