Job summary

Mobia Medical in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager to drive adoption of the Vivistim Paired VNS system across PM&R, Neurosurgery, and Physical Therapy within hospitals, rehabilitation centers and ASCs.

You will build relationships with healthcare providers, lead sales plans, educate clinical teams, and identify patient candidates for therapy, leveraging a first-of-its-kind stroke recovery technology. Travel up to 25% is required and OTE is $350,000 annually.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in life sciences, business, nursing, or medical product marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of documented, successful sales experience.
• Experience selling to PM&R, Neurosurgery, Interventional Pain Management and Physical Therapy physician communities.

Responsibilities

• Launch first-to-market Vivistim Paired-VNS System to PM&R, Neurosurgery and Physical Therapy within hospitals, rehab centers and ASCs.
• Develop plans and strategies for developing key new healthcare physician customers and accounts.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual new account, sales and therapy adoption goals.
• Maintain daily accountability toward meeting sales objectives and forecasts.
• Manage accounts by preparing plans for top accounts and proactive strategies for new customers.
• Exceed customer expectations and contribute to high patient satisfaction.
• Provide detailed sales forecasting with weekly reporting.
• Prepare thorough product presentations for prospect accounts and physicians.
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and feed insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive patient adoption at each site.
• Build and close strategic opportunities with customer relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for patients, customers and accounts.
• Drive sales excellence with urgency and maintain strong product, technical and clinical expertise.
• Complete all administrative requirements on time and accurately.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
