Job summary

Mobia Medical, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the commercial rollout of the Vivistim Paired VNS system within a defined region in the United States.

You will build relationships with PM&R, Neurosurgery, and Physical Therapy teams, promote adoption, and identify patient candidates for therapy implementation. The role requires a track record in medical device sales, strong communication, strategic planning, and territory management, with travel in the defined geography.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (life sciences, business, nursing, or medical product marketing preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of documented, successful sales experience with supporting results.
• Experience selling directly to PM&R/Physiatry, Neurosurgery, Interventional Pain Management and Physical Therapy healthcare physician communities.

Responsibilities

• Launch first-to-market Vivistim system to PM&R/Physiatry, Neurosurgery, and Physical Therapy specialties in hospitals, rehab centers, and ASCs.
• Develop plans and strategies for acquiring key healthcare physician customers and accounts.
• Aim to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new account, sales and therapy adoption goals.
• Maintain daily accountability toward meeting sales objectives and provide accurate sales forecasting.
• Prepare thorough product presentations for prospect accounts and physicians, and monitor market/competitor activity.
