Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth across hospital and clinical accounts. You will conduct product demonstrations, develop strategic plans, and build lasting relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to exceed targets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of sales experience in medical technology, a BS or higher, and a valid driver's license. Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5+ years of sales experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets.
• Defines and develops sustainable new business opportunities.
• Builds and maintains strategic relationships in key accounts.
• Performs product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required.
• Develops monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to meet targets.
• Develops and maintains clinical knowledge within disease states.
• Delivers sales training to inside and field sales staff as needed.
• Represents BD at local, regional, and national medical conferences.
