Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Territory Manager to drive Shockwave Medical products in an assigned hospital/physician network. The role covers case coverage in catheter labs and requires building relationships with physicians and hospital staff to grow account revenue.

The candidate will lead sales efforts, present product benefits, and provide clinical support during procedures, ensuring compliance and ethical standards while meeting quarterly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred).
• May substitute 3 years’ cardiovascular or interventional sales support experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote Shockwave products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital personnel to determine customers’ needs and product usage.
• Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage by delivering presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in hospital operating rooms and advise on product usage to meet physicians’ needs.
• Attain sales/revenue objectives for the territory to meet quota.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, R&D and other units to identify selling opportunities.
• Conduct consultative sales calls with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and speak clinically to physicians.
