Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical Inc. in the United States. You will drive growth through cold calling, prospecting, and strong physician engagement in assigned territory, with case coverage in catheter labs and collaboration with clinical teams.

Educating customers, building relationships, and meeting sales objectives are central. Travel within territory and compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred).
• May substitute 3 years’ cardiovascular or interventional sales support experience.
• Sales experience in catheter technology with vascular disease and related procedures.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales plans quarterly and annually.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to determine needs and product usage.
• Educate customers on products and clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in hospital operating rooms to advise on product usage.
• Achieve sales revenue objectives for the territory and quota.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, and R&D to identify opportunities.
• Conduct consultative sales calls with interventional specialists.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and speak clinically at high level.
