Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Strategic Accounts to drive growth by building strategically aligned relationships with hospital systems and key accounts. You will lead cross‑functional teams, navigate contracting and VAC processes, and articulate the full value proposition of Shockwave Medical products to cardiovascular accounts.

The role requires strong sales leadership, deep knowledge of interventional devices, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while traveling up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience as territory manager in medical devices.
• Experience with catheter technology and vascular/interventional sales preferred.
• Working knowledge of contracting process and VAC process.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, long‑term relationships with hospital-level customers.
• Execute initiatives pulling strategy from IDN level to hospital/account level.
• Drive innovative solutions and partnerships within targeted accounts and customers.
• Work with sales leaders to increase prospects and close opportunities.
• Navigate VAC approval process for new products and influence VAC members.
