Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical Inc., based in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on promoting Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians, building relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years in hospital-based life sciences sales, with CV/interventional experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred).
• May substitute 3 years’ cardiovascular or interventional sales support experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and other hospital personnel to determine needs, goals, usage and cases.
• Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage with presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in hospital operating rooms and advise on product usage to meet physician needs.
• Achieve sales/revenue objectives for the territory and maintain customer relationships.
