Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, MedTech SCT Surgery Plan Leader to guide the Surgery Plan technology portfolio across demand, supply, production, and network planning. You will own strategy, roadmap execution, and value realization in partnership with Supply Chain and Technology stakeholders.

You will shape capabilities across Demantra, EMS, Data Orchestrator, Signifi, and OMP, and translate priorities into a concrete product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, CS, Eng, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive technology, digital, supply chain, planning, or enterprise systems experience in a global organization.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers and matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Surgery Plan product team and strengthen core capabilities; define objectives and resource priorities.
• Build product, process, data, architecture, integration, testing, and support capabilities for priorities.
• Establish governance, backlog standards, release planning, and risk/dependency management with AI-enabled practices.
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and business partnership; convert business needs into roadmaps, epics, user stories, and release plans.
• Drive predictable delivery and measurable value realization; manage budgets, vendors, and cross-team dependencies with transparent status reporting.
• Ensure operational reliability, compliance, cybersecurity, data integrity, and continuous improvement; collaborate with architecture, data, Quality, and vendors.
• Firsthand knowledge of at least one major planning platform (S4/HANA, SAP, Demantra, Anaplan, OMP) and familiarity with analytics.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and complex dependencies; experience in Agile delivery models.
• Travel up to 20–25%.
