• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, CS, Eng, SCM, or related field.
• 12+ years in technology, digital, supply chain, or enterprise systems.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience in global or matrixed teams.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and enterprise systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Surgery Plan product team and set objectives, roles, and priorities.
• Build and sustain capabilities across planning, data, architecture, and testing.
• Establish governance, metrics, backlog standards, and release planning.
• Own product strategy and roadmap with business partners to define outcomes.
• Direct projects and budget management, ensuring delivery of value.
• Ensure compliance, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement.
