Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience owning or managing digital products or platforms in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end product lifecycle for Medical Affairs technology solutions.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and IT stakeholders to translate business and scientific needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics aligned with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
• Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms, accelerating product development and insights.
• Lead prioritization decisions by balancing value, risk, compliance, cost, and technical feasibility.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable regulations, data privacy standards, and internal quality systems.
• Collaborate with delivery teams using agile and hybrid methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships supporting Medical Affairs technology platforms.
• Drive adoption and value realization through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.
