Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Medical Affairs technology solutions.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and IT to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics.
• Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms and enable scalable operations.
• Lead prioritization decisions balancing value, risk, and feasibility.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulations and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with delivery teams using agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships supporting Medical Affairs platforms.
• Drive adoption and value realization through change management and training.
