Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Project Leader in Supply Chain Engineering to lead multi-functional programs and drive operational excellence with external partners, delivering projects focused on patient safety, quality, and value.

You will develop business cases, manage risks, coordinate PLM approvals, and ensure compliance with Quality Systems while collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in relevant work experience (4+ years with Master’s, 2+ years with Ph.D)
• Experience in healthcare industry (Medical Technology or Pharmaceuticals)
• Proven project management experience with new/existing products or processes
• Ability to apply PM methodologies, resource management, and organizational change techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Lead projects per standard project management guidelines
• Drive reliability, quality, and compliance improvements
• Collaborate with external manufacturing partners to align on strategic priorities
• Develop and manage project business cases and transformational initiatives
• Coordinate PLM approvals and engineering changes as needed
• Maintain lifecycle management processes to meet business objectives
• Balance multiple activities to achieve milestones and goals
