Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the MedTech SCT Surgery Plan technology portfolio. You will own strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across demand, supply, production, and network planning, partnering with Supply Chain and Technology teams.

You’ll drive standardized, data-driven, and AI-enabled product models, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, reliable operations while advancing team capability and delivery value.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive technology, digital, supply chain experience.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience in global settings.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning and analytics.
• Experience with enterprise planning platforms and integrations.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
