• 7+ years of people leadership, including managers or global partners.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and related platforms.
• Experience with enterprise planning platforms and integrated ecosystems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across org levels.
• Experience with Agile delivery models and managing ambiguity.

• Lead the Surgery Plan product team and set objectives, roles, and priorities.
• Build product, data, architecture, integration, testing, and support capabilities.
• Establish governance, backlog standards, release planning, and risk management.
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and business partnerships with Surgery Supply Chain.
• Direct projects and releases across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and benefits.
• Ensure operational reliability, compliance, cybersecurity, and data integrity.
