Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, MedTech SCT Surgery Plan Leader to guide the Surgery Planning technology portfolio across demand, supply, production, and network planning. You will translate business priorities into a product roadmap and partner with Supply Chain and Technology stakeholders to deliver value.

You will lead teams, establish governance, drive AI-enabled capabilities, and ensure compliant operations while tracking outcomes, adoption, and delivery reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 12+ years in technology, digital, supply chain, or enterprise systems.
• 7+ years in people leadership, with global or matrixed teams.
• Strong knowledge of planning platforms and enterprise ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Agile delivery and ability to manage complex dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Surgery Plan product team to deliver priorities and sustain operations.
• Define objectives, governance, backlog standards, and release planning.
• Own product strategy, roadmaps, and financial tradeoffs with stakeholders.
• Direct projects across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure operational reliability, cybersecurity, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
