Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Product Group Engineering, PLM to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise PLM capabilities. You will oversee cross-functional teams, guide data migration, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions across ERP, MES, and regulatory systems.

The role focuses on Windchill PLM, SAFe practices, and collaboration with quality, manufacturing, and regulatory stakeholders to drive transformative outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Windchill PLM and regulated product development.
• Knowledge of SAFe, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Domain expertise in MedTech regulatory solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM engineering squads for application development, integration, and migration.
• Define PLM architecture, data models, workflows, and governance.
• Set platform strategy, roadmaps, and enablement across ERP/MES integrations.
• Drive SAFe ceremonies and align with business objectives.
